USAGE TERMS AND PRIVACY POLICY (Fast Blood Pressure Tracker)

HardcoreSoft Company ("we," "us," or "our") operates the FAST Blood Pressure Tracker mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our App.
1. Information Collection
1.1 Health Data (Blood Pressure Records)
The App allows you to manually enter and store blood pressure measurements, including:
- Systolic and diastolic blood pressure values
- Pulse rate
- Date and time of measurement
- Condition tags (e.g., sitting, lying, morning, after meal)
- Personal notes
All health data is stored locally on your device using a local database (SQLite). This data is NOT transmitted to our servers or any third-party services. We do not have access to your blood pressure records.
1.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, certain information may be automatically collected through third-party services:
- Device information (device model, operating system version)
- App usage analytics (screen views, feature usage patterns)
- Crash reports and performance data
- Advertising identifiers
2. Data Processing & Privacy Architecture
2.1 Local Data Processing
- All blood pressure data entry, storage, statistical analysis, and chart generation are performed entirely on your device.
- No health data is uploaded to external servers.
- Data export (CSV) is initiated only by user action and saved locally on the device.
2.2 Network Communications
The App connects to the internet solely for:
- Displaying advertisements (Google AdMob)
- Collecting anonymous analytics (Firebase Analytics)
- Crash reporting (Firebase Crashlytics)
- App configuration updates (Firebase Remote Config)
3. Data Usage & Third-Party Services
3.1 Google AdMob
We use Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. AdMob may collect:
- Device advertising identifiers
- General location data (IP-based)
- Device information
- Ad interaction data

3.2 Firebase Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how users interact with the App. This service collects:

We use Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix app crashes. This service collects:
- Crash logs and stack traces
- Device state at the time of crash
- Device model and OS version
3.4 Firebase Remote Config
We use Firebase Remote Config to manage app settings remotely, such as:
- Minimum required app version (for update notifications)
- Store URLs for app updates
No personal data is collected through Remote Config.
4. Required Permissions
The App requires the following permissions:
- Internet Access: Required for displaying advertisements, analytics, crash reporting, and checking for app updates.
The App does NOT require access to:
- Camera or microphone
- Contacts or phone
- Location services (GPS)
- Health sensors or Bluetooth devices
- File storage (beyond app-internal storage)
5. Health Data Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: The FAST Blood Pressure Tracker App is a data recording and tracking tool only. It does NOT:
- Measure blood pressure through your device
- Provide medical diagnoses
- Offer medical advice or treatment recommendations
- Replace professional medical consultation
The App records only user-entered data. The accuracy of records depends entirely on the values entered by the user. Blood pressure classifications displayed in the App are based on American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines and are for informational reference only.
Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice regarding blood pressure or any health concerns.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate measures to protect your data:
- All health data is stored locally on your device in an encrypted application sandbox.
- No health data is transmitted over the internet.
- The App does not require user account creation or login.
- No personal identification information is collected by us.
7. User Rights
You have full control over your data:
- View: Access all your blood pressure records within the App at any time.
- Export: Export your data as a CSV file for personal use.
- Delete: Delete individual records or all data from within the App.
- Uninstall: Removing the App will permanently delete all locally stored data.
Since all health data is stored locally on your device, no data remains on our servers after app removal.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data through third-party services, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.
9. Terms of Service
By using the FAST Blood Pressure Tracker App, you agree to:
- Use the App for personal health data tracking purposes only.
- Not rely on the App as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Accept that blood pressure classifications are for reference only and based on general AHA guidelines.
- Accept that we are not responsible for any health decisions made based on data displayed in the App.
10. Disclaimer
- The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from the use of this App.
- Blood pressure data accuracy depends on user input; we are not responsible for incorrect entries.
- We are not responsible for data loss due to device failure, app uninstallation, or other circumstances.
- Third-party services (AdMob, Firebase) are governed by their respective privacy policies.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
